Why is the LÉVIUR stone exclusive?

The Léviur stone is exclusive because each stone consumes about 3 months to manufacture in our laboratories. Besides that, it is composed of valuable minerals that are very rare to find and deal with.

How is it formulated?

The Léviur stone is an exclusive, high-quality stone that looks exactly like a real diamond. It is so alike that even the human naked eyes cannot differentiate between them. The stone is formulated with rare minerals that pass through an extensive manufacturing process in our state-of-the-art laboratories. It boasts a shiny outer surface and carries a refractive index of 2.39.

When are your products sold?

Our products are exclusively sold on the 10th of each month for a limited period of 6 days. Besides that, the number of products showcased and made available to the public is also limited. This is because of the limited availability of the raw minerals and the time-consuming manufacturing process of the precious Léviur stones.

How hard is the Léviur stone?

Our signature Léviur stone is known for its durability; it is a tough stone that cannot be broken or scarred. You could be carrying it every day, and not a single scar may appear on its sparkly body. The LÉVIUR stone is harder than Sapphire and Ruby (9.0), Pearl (2.5), Moonstone (6.5), and Emerald (7.5).

What is the price of the Léviur ring?

The starting price is $186 – less than 1% of the cost of a 2 Carats diamond. Meaning, you can purchase an Léviur equivalent ring at a fraction of its original price. Now that’s a one-of-a-kind value deal right there!

Where are the Léviur headquarters located?

We are a Europe-based company that holds a USA registered address. Shortly, we aim to expand our horizons in the form of concept idea flagship stores all over Europe.

Will the Léviur ring turn my finger green?

If it does, there is no need to fret.

Pure silver jewelry is bound to take a liquid form. The green color on your finger may be a chemical reaction caused between your skin and an external substance like a lotion. However, our silver jewelry is alloyed with another kind of metal, so the chances of that happening are slim.

Does the Léviur stone have a warranty card?

Being a responsible manufacturer and supplier of this industry, our stone comes with a warranty of three years. It covers the costs of the stone from a change in color, shine, and clarity. The warranty, however, does not cover the stone’s physical damage.

In what areas do you provide shipping?

Does my Léviur ring have a warranty?

Certainly.

All of our products come with a warranty of 90 days. It begins from the day you receive your ring and ends within 90 days. After that, you will not be able to request a replacement or return. The ring’s warranty covers the change in its color and clarity. Besides that, it does not entertain damages that are caused to the stone.

What ring sizes are available?

The Léviur rings are available from sizes 5 to 9. If your size is smaller than 5 or greater than 9, we will have to craft a customized ring for you. Rings made on order are manufactured by hand and can take around 2-3 months. Moreover, you will also be required to pay an extra $29.95 to receive it.

How can I place an order for a customized size?

Simply click on the link (enter link), add the ring to cart, and before checking out, insert your size in the notes section. Once you’re done, email us at info@leviur.com , and we will proceed with your particular order.

Can I change my order that has already been purchased?

An order can be canceled after an hour of its placement. You can email us at info@leviur.com  for order cancellation, and our team will look into it.

However, please bear in mind that modifications that occur after 60 minutes will be charged with a fee of $15. This is so because your order will be directly shipped to the warehouse for final touches. The policy applies to modifications like changing the item, size, shipping address, shipping method, recipient’s name, or phone number.

Can I track my order?

Instead of sharing tracking links, we notify customers when their order is dispatched and shipped. In case you want to receive an update on your order’s status, you can reach out to us at info@leviur.com , and we’ll share the information with you.

Can my order of 1.0 Carats be upgraded to 2 Carats?

Yes, that’s possible.

We advise you to visit our website www.leviur.com and create a new order. Once you’ve checked out, please send us an email informing us about the upgrade; we will cancel the previous order and edit the new one.

However, if you inform us too late and the previous order has already shipped, we wouldn’t be able to do much about it.

Why have I not received a confirmation email?

Situations like these are infrequent. Usually, the confirmation email takes 30 minutes to land in the customer’s inbox. Consider going through the spam folder, and if you still can’t find it, please send us an email at info@leviur.com, and our customer care will deal with your issue.

I am unable to view my email correctly. Why am I facing this issue?

It could be due to a technical error. However, for your satisfaction, please send us an email at info@leviur.com, and someone from our crew will get back to you as soon as they can.

Can I change my address after receiving the confirmation email?

As per our terms and conditions, once the order is dispatched from the warehouse, no further modifications can be entertained. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct mailing address at the time of checkout.

However, you can monitor the status of your order and get it mailed to you through a local post office.

I received an email indicating that my order is incomplete. So I placed another order, and now I am being charged twice. Why has this happened?

It could be a systematic error. You can send us an email at info@leviur.com, and our team will ensure to resolve the problem. Please note that your duplicate order can only be canceled if your new order is the same as the old one, which means, in terms of the total number of purchased items, the recipient’s name, and shipping address.

Previously I sent an email requesting a modification of my shipping address. The request got accepted, and my address was changed. However, a recent email shows my old address with the order. What could be the issue here?

You do not need to fret. Once we have modified your order, our warehouse team is bound to cater to the request.

PAYMENTS AND PROMOTIONS

I placed my order but forgot to put it in my store credit. How can I use it now?

Unfortunately, according to the Léviur policy, once you have confirmed your order and made your payment, we cannot refund the difference of the credit. However, for your satisfaction, we encourage you to share your query with our team through email info@leviur.com.

How long does your current promotion last?

There is no specific timeline to estimate that. It all depends on the supply and demand; the faster people purchase them, the earliest we run out of stock

What payment options do I have?

We accept payments through Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. We do not entertain cash on delivery, as of yet.
