Does the Léviur stone have a warranty card?
Being a responsible manufacturer and supplier of this industry, our stone comes with a warranty of three years. It covers the costs of the stone from a change in color, shine, and clarity. The warranty, however, does not cover the stone’s physical damage.

Does my Léviur ring have a warranty?
All of our products come with a warranty of 3 years. It begins from the day you receive your ring and ends within 3 years. After that, you will not be able to request a replacement or return. The ring’s warranty covers the change in its color and clarity. Besides that, it does not entertain damages that are caused to the stone.
What ring sizes are available?
The Léviur rings are available from sizes 5 to 9. If your size is smaller than 5 or greater than 9, we will have to craft a customized ring for you. Rings made on order are manufactured by hand and can take around 2-3 months. Moreover, you will also be required to pay an extra $29.95 to receive it.
How can I place an order for a customized size?
Simply add the ring to cart, and before checking out, insert your size in the notes section. Once you’re done, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org , and we will proceed with your particular order.
Can I change my order that has already been purchased?
An order can be canceled after an hour of its placement. You can email us at email@example.com for order cancellation, and our team will look into it.
However, please bear in mind that modifications that occur after 60 minutes will be charged with a fee of $15. This is so because your order will be directly shipped to the warehouse for final touches. The policy applies to modifications like changing the item, size, shipping address, shipping method, recipient’s name, or phone number.
Can I track my order?

Can my order of 1.0 Carats be upgraded to 2 Carats?
Yes, that’s possible.
We advise you to visit our website www.leviur.com and create a new order. Once you’ve checked out, please send us an email informing us about the upgrade; we will cancel the previous order and edit the new one.
However, if you inform us too late and the previous order has already shipped, we wouldn’t be able to proceed with the upgrade.
Why have I not received a confirmation email?
